“As Japan’s national and local governments, as well as corporations, accelerate the adoption of renewable energy to meet the 2030 greenhouse gas reduction targets, competition in the industry is intensifying due to the increasing participation of overseas companies. At the same time, the shortage of professionals with expertise in power-related applications and design work has become a major bottleneck, making it difficult for many project developers to secure the necessary human resources. Even when personnel are successfully hired, we’ve often seen cases where they resign mid-project, making it challenging to maintain a consistent internal system. Having witnessed these challenges firsthand through my work in human resources, I launched TAOing’s engineering and power business with the goal of providing a stable and flexible support structure.
